- Please read care instructions carefully as the hemp will shed for the first few washes. And you will find info on how to look after it so it stays soft and luscious!

Care Instructions

- Wash with a soft detergent on warm
- If line drying the hemp, hang until nearly dry and run a hot iron over it to achieve the softest hand feel.
- If using the dryer, dry it on low heat until completely dry.
If using a dryer please know the hemp will naturally shed for the first 5 washes or so. This will stop after a few washed. This is normal as it is a very textural fibre which is a part of its beauty.

Exchange

We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts

Refunds

We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Please note we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within 14 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refund. Goods with manufacturing faults after wear need to be reported within 3 months of purchase for repair if possible or replacement. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, 
we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packaging including the linen bag it arrived in. Without this it will not be processed.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. The Thoughtful Co. is not responsible for the cost of return postage
